Since 2018, United Funding Logistics, LLC has been dedicated to disputing inaccurate, outdated, and unverified information on our clients' credit reports, delivering tremendous results. We are proud to serve over 16,000 clients who, collectively, carry more than $30 million in collection debt. Why is this significant? UFL is primarily a credit restoration company, but as CEO, I chose to assist clients with collection validations—a decision that has brought considerable challenges. Despite these difficulties, I remained committed to supporting my clients.
In 2021, Atlas Consumer, a law firm in Chicago, reached out, offering to help some of our clients. Atlas did an outstanding job, successfully obtaining payouts for several clients due to FCRA violations. However, clients who had paid a one-time fee to UFL became increasingly demanding, contacting the law firm over any minor issue. Despite the challenges, Atlas achieved excellent results for many of our clients.
Fast forward to 2023, another firm contacted me, recognizing the high number of FCRA violations affecting many of our clients across the three credit bureaus and various collection agencies. I agreed to assist my clients with these issues, a decision I now consider the most difficult of my career. While I face daily challenges, I remain committed to helping our clients.

"I am a current client of United Funding Logistics, LLC, and I wish to formally OPT-OUT of the FCRA complaint filed on my behalf. I also request a refund of the amount I have paid for services related to this complaint. I understand that by opting out, I am relinquishing my rights to be included in any future payouts or settlements that may arise from this complaint."
Thank you for your understanding and trust in UFL.
